Reinventing Yourself: A Modern Necessity

Historically, both companies and people have had to make important changes to adapt to new challenges.  Nowadays, reinventing yourself is a concept that has become fashionable. The best way to describe it is this: identifying and taking the necessary steps to improve and become the best version of yourself.

It is not enough to make changes, we must first identify what changes are necessary, what is obsolete and what we want to improve or solve. Then we utilize the appropriate strategy/ tools that will help us change and reinvent ourselves in a positive way.

A company or a person can reinvent themselves voluntarily or even in a planned, programmed way. Other times, they must reinvent themselves out of necessity. Today, with all the changes that the pandemic has caused, it is a good time to reinvent yourself both on a personal and business level.

At Insta-Pro, we are constantly reinventing ourselves to adapt to the different economic, political, or commercial conditions that arise in different regions. One of the most important challenges companies face today is how to maintain a presence in the minds of customers and prospects. It has not been easy since business trips and visits to clients’ offices have been put on pause and are becoming a thing of the past.

Many of us have had to reinvent ourselves to maintain closeness with our clients and prospects. At Insta-Pro, we have successfully started up new extrusion equipment start-up with remote technical assistance,  and replaced personal visits with a series of Webinars.

We recently had a webinar aimed at Latin America where participants from different countries in the region were able to listen and learn about everything related to the ExPress® process and the benefits that it provides in the diets of poultry, pigs and dairy cattle. In conclusion, commercial activities and the relationship with customers and prospects cannot fade away, we are doing what is necessary to maintain effective communication that translates into benefits for our customers, even if we must reinvent ourselves.
