l\u2019\u00e9valuation des ingr\u00e9dients, je vais me concentrer sur les ruminants.&#160; Dans les deux premi\u00e8res parties, je me suis concentr\u00e9 sur les volailles et sur la fa\u00e7on dont des changements dans les quantit\u00e9s des grandes cat\u00e9gories de nutriments (teneur en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/fr\/2017\/08\/24\/evaluation-des-ingredients-effet-de-la-cellulose-brute-chez-les-volailles-1re-partie\/\">fibres brutes<\/a> et teneur totale en mati\u00e8res grasses) affectent l\u2019\u00e9nergie m\u00e9tabolisable (comprenez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/fr\/2013\/06\/18\/energy-in-performance-out\/\">utile \u00e0 des fins productives<\/a>) du r\u00e9gime alimentaire complet.<\/p>\n<p>Les ruminants sont plus complexes en raison de la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ruminant\">structure de leur syst\u00e8me digestif<\/a>, en particulier de leur <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rumen\">panse<\/a>.&#160; Tandis que les fibres difficiles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/fr\/2017\/08\/24\/evaluation-des-ingredients-effet-de-la-cellulose-brute-chez-les-volailles-1re-partie\/\">posent probl\u00e8me<\/a> aux volailles et les oiseaux , la flore microbienne abondante qui vit naturellement dans la panse des ruminants est con\u00e7ue pour d\u00e9grader les divers glucides structuraux (fibres) et produire des compos\u00e9s utiles qui profitent aux animaux (ainsi qu\u2019aux microbes proprement dits).&#160; Cela augmente la complexit\u00e9, car, comme on dit souvent, on nourrit autant les \u00ab&#160;petites b\u00eates&#160;\u00bb dans la panse que l\u2019animal.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe des programmes complets de cours universitaires consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la physiologie de l\u2019appareil digestif des ruminants, mais vous pouvez comprendre certains points cl\u00e9s qui vous aideront lorsque vous devrez essayer de s\u00e9lectionner, parmi plusieurs disponibles, des ingr\u00e9dients pour nourrir ces animaux sp\u00e9ciaux &#8211; en particulier les b\u0153ufs d\u2019\u00e9levage et les vaches laiti\u00e8res, les moutons et les ch\u00e8vres, qui <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Domestication\">sont utiles aux \u00eatres humains depuis des milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, pour revenir \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de nourrir \u00e0 la fois les microbes de la panse et le bovin, m\u00eame si les nutritionnistes pour animaux ont fait tous leurs efforts pour repousser les limites, cet aspect fondamental commun \u00e0 tous les ruminants r\u00e9gira toujours et aura toujours un grand impact sur les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019alimentation.&#160; Comme tous les animaux, les bovins ont des besoins nutritifs en acides amin\u00e9s (provenant des prot\u00e9ines de leur alimentation), pour leurs fonctions courantes, mais aussi, pour soutenir une production \u00e9lev\u00e9e d\u2019aliments, comme le lait.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, pour optimiser la productivit\u00e9, notamment augmenter la production laiti\u00e8re, il est n\u00e9cessaire de disposer d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s provenant de prot\u00e9ines qui ne se d\u00e9gradent pas dans la panse.&#160; Les prot\u00e9ines qui passent la panse et entrent dans l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale (souvent appel\u00e9es prot\u00e9ines digestibles dans l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale, ou encore \u00ab&#160;prot\u00e9ines by-pass&#160;\u00bb) peuvent \u00eatre absorb\u00e9es et contribuer imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la production de lait, mais seulement si elles sont <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/fr\/2014\/05\/06\/ingredients-de-qualite-une-source-fiable-de-nutriments-hautement-digestibles\/\">hautement digestibles<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est cet \u00e9quilibre entre les prot\u00e9ines d\u00e9gradables dans la panse et les prot\u00e9ines digestibles dans l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale qui doit \u00eatre compris et contr\u00f4l\u00e9.&#160;
