Cette frustration vient du manque de services personnalis\u00e9s qui existe de nos jours, ainsi que du besoin et du d\u00e9sir de communiquer avec d\u2019autres \u00eatres humains. Cela nous rassure de nous dire que nous aurons un partenaire pour nous aider \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre notre probl\u00e8me. La conclusion de notre discussion a \u00e9t\u00e9 que les entreprises qui offrent des services personnalis\u00e9s sont celles qui r\u00e9ussiront.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours d\u2019un r\u00e9cent voyage en Asie, afin de rendre visite \u00e0 des clients pour discuter de plans d\u2019agrandissement de leurs installations d\u2019extrusion, je me suis retrouv\u00e9 plong\u00e9 dans des discussions concernant l\u2019assistance technique et op\u00e9rationnelle. Tandis que nous passions en revue des installations d\u2019extrusion et de presse \u00e0 huile de plusieurs pays, nous nous sommes aper\u00e7us d\u2019une chose&#160;: certaines questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019assistance \u00e9taient clairement d\u00e9finies et d\u2019autres ne l\u2019\u00e9taient pas. Les questions clairement d\u00e9finies \u00e9taient par exemple celles li\u00e9es \u00e0 un tourteau provenant d\u2019une extrudeuse \u00e9tant plus fonc\u00e9 que ceux provenant des autres extrudeuses. Mais il existait aussi des besoins en services mal d\u00e9finis, qui, dans de nombreux cas, \u00e9taient la cause de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment principal de pr\u00e9occupation. Apr\u00e8s avoir pos\u00e9 des questions suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe op\u00e9rationnelle, avoir examin\u00e9 les param\u00e8tres op\u00e9rationnels et avoir inspect\u00e9 visuellement les produits extrud\u00e9s et les pi\u00e8ces d\u2019usure, nous avons consult\u00e9 notre \u00e9quipe d\u2019assistance technique, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de d\u00e9terminer la cause principale du probl\u00e8me et de fournir des orientations pour le r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que vice-pr\u00e9sident des ventes et du marketing, ces exp\u00e9riences mettent en \u00e9vidence les besoins de nos clients d\u2019une interaction personnelle de notre part, afin de leur apporter des solutions. Cela m\u2019a rendu davantage conscient de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de rester connect\u00e9s avec nos clients, afin de leur fournir un soutien et des solutions, en mettant \u00e0 leur disposition plusieurs outils de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, tels que&#160;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des articles de blog traitant d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail de questions fr\u00e9quemment pos\u00e9es en ce qui concerne les \u00e9quipements ou les activit\u00e9s professionnelles<\/li>\n<li>des lettres d\u2019information pour donner des conseils pertinents en apr\u00e8s-vente<\/li>\n<li>Utilisation d\u2019outils techniques&#160;:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>visites techniques gratuites sur place<\/strong>&#160;: offertes dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui suit tout achat par un client d\u2019une extrudeuse, d\u2019une presse, d\u2019un refroidisseur ou d\u2019autres \u00e9quipements<\/li>\n<li><strong>analyseur d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients portable<\/strong>&#160;: appareil proche infrarouge pour la mesure rapide des teneurs en prot\u00e9ines, en lipides, en fibres et en humidit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li><strong>programme intelligent de production<\/strong>&#160;: pour surveiller \u00e0 distance des syst\u00e8mes op\u00e9rationnels ExPress\u00ae sur plusieurs sites. Cela permet \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe SAV de vous assister depuis n\u2019importe o\u00f9 et n\u2019importe quand<\/li>\n<li><strong>programmes Service Plus<\/strong>&#160;: visites sur place effectu\u00e9es par les techniciens de service, formation continue appropri\u00e9e du personnel op\u00e9rationnel et \u00e9valuations mensuelles \u00e0 distance des param\u00e8tres op\u00e9rationnels avec commentaires sur les am\u00e9liorations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque visite que j\u2019effectue chez les clients renforce l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des services et des produits techniques mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus, en offrant aux op\u00e9rateurs et aux dirigeants des solutions \u00e0 leurs probl\u00e8mes quotidiens d\u2019exploitation ou de gestion.
