J\u2019ai trait\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on dont ils peuvent \u00eatre affect\u00e9s n\u00e9gativement et comment vous pouvez l\u2019emp\u00eacher. Dans le billet d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, je vais aborder la fa\u00e7on dont cela affecte les ingr\u00e9dients tels que les produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du lait et les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 forte teneur en sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du lait, notamment le lait en poudre et le lactos\u00e9rum sont utilisables pour les porcelets. Ces produits ont tendance \u00e0 br\u00fbler au cours du processus d\u2019extrusion, ce qui d\u00e9truit les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s nutritionnelles des ingr\u00e9dients et diminue le go\u00fbt du produit fini. Cela laisse un go\u00fbt amer ou de br\u00fbl\u00e9 dans votre produit. Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout dommage, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019appliquer apr\u00e8s l\u2019extrusion parce qu\u2019un pourcentage important peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans la formulation. Une autre option pour \u00e9viter ce probl\u00e8me serait de le remplacer par un autre ingr\u00e9dient.<\/p>\n<p>Le dernier ingr\u00e9dient dont je vais parler est tout ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en sucre, tel que la m\u00e9lasse. Le sucre est affect\u00e9 par la chaleur et la pression, mais pas toujours de fa\u00e7on n\u00e9gative. Selon la temp\u00e9rature du proc\u00e9d\u00e9, l\u2019extrusion de sucre peut m\u00eame avoir un effet souhaitable. Les sucres se caram\u00e9lisent \u00e0 la chaleur. \u00c0 basses temp\u00e9ratures, cela permettra de suspendre le sucre uniform\u00e9ment dans l\u2019ensemble du produit. Dans le cas de produits fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s, l\u2019extrusion peut avoir un effet agglom\u00e9rant et augmenter la durabilit\u00e9 et le go\u00fbt du produit fini. Les temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es br\u00fblent les sucres, mais la plupart des produits utilisant ces ingr\u00e9dients sont produits \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures qui ne causent aucun pr\u00e9judice.
