Dans la 2e partie, nous allons parler des \u00e9l\u00e9ments dont vous avez besoin pour produire des PST, ainsi que des tendances actuelles du march\u00e9. Il y a deux approches tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes concernant la production de PST, et Insta-Pro peut vous aider quelle que soit l\u2019option qui vous semble la plus adapt\u00e9e. La premi\u00e8re consiste \u00e0 transformer m\u00e9caniquement votre propre ingr\u00e9dient soja avec le syst\u00e8me ExPress\u00ae. La seconde consiste \u00e0 acheter du tourteau ou de la farine de soja extraits par solvant. Je vais vous expliquer les deux m\u00e9thodes et leurs compromis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tourteau ExPress transform\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour pouvoir produire des PST, vous devez poss\u00e9der l\u2019\u00e9quipement adapt\u00e9 et les bons ingr\u00e9dients afin de garantir un produit fini de qualit\u00e9. Si vous faites appel \u00e0 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 m\u00e9canique pour le fabriquer, il vous faut une d\u00e9cortiqueuse, en plus de l\u2019extrudeuse Insta-Pro \u00e0 cisaillement \u00e9lev\u00e9, d\u2019une presse et d\u2019un refroidisseur Insta-Pro en association avec un \u00e9quipement compl\u00e9mentaire. L\u2019extrudeuse et la presse servent \u00e0 extraire l\u2019huile, et le produit est ensuite refroidi. \u00c0 ce stade, le soja est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour l\u2019extrudeuse Insta-Pro PST, d\u00e9coup\u00e9, s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et refroidi. L\u2019avantage de cette m\u00e9thode, c\u2019est que le soja contient toujours 6-8\u00a0% d\u2019huile et qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par l\u2019extrudeuse \u00e0 cisaillement \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui apporte un go\u00fbt et une sensation en bouche meilleurs. L\u2019inconv\u00e9nient dans cette approche est l\u2019investissement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Si vous avez actuellement une ligne ExPress\u00ae (extrudeuse + presse = huile et tourteau), vous pouvez plus facilement int\u00e9grer l\u2019\u00e9quipement compl\u00e9mentaire pour la transformation des PST avec un investissement en capital moindre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tourteau de soja extrait par solvant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez limiter l\u2019investissement en capital pour d\u00e9marrer ou tester le march\u00e9, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un tourteau de soja extrait par solvant est une bonne solution. D\u00e9velopper les PST avec un syst\u00e8me par solvant peut repr\u00e9senter un plus faible investissement, mais les inconv\u00e9nients sont que cela vous rend d\u00e9pendant de tiers et cela affecte la qualit\u00e9 de votre produit final. M\u00eame si vous utilisez la m\u00eame extrudeuse Insta-Pro PST, cette m\u00e9thode fait appel \u00e0 du tourteau de soja obtenu \u00e0 l\u2019aide de solvant qui contient moins de 1\u00a0% d\u2019huile, contre 6-8\u00a0% dans le tourteau de soja ExPress, ce qui a des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives pour le go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8162\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture.jpg\" alt=\"Capture\" width=\"562\" height=\"264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture.jpg 809w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture-300x141.jpg 300w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture-768x361.jpg 768w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture-750x352.jpg 750w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture-564x265.jpg 564w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 562px) 100vw, 562px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pour prendre une d\u00e9cision \u00e9clair\u00e9e et judicieuse pour votre activit\u00e9, vous devez aussi chercher des informations sur les PST dans votre r\u00e9gion. Par exemple, en Argentine, \u00e0 l\u2019exportation des PST, le gouvernement pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve 5\u00a0% sur les revenus, contre 35\u00a0% pour les graines de soja. En Asie, les entreprises ach\u00e8tent en grandes quantit\u00e9s, en \u00e9tant davantage int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par des teneurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es en prot\u00e9ines que par la qualit\u00e9. En Afrique, il y a des besoins en PST, mais le probl\u00e8me est qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas d\u2019autre choix que la transformation m\u00e9canique, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un investissement sup\u00e9rieur. La raison pour laquelle ils ne peuvent pas mettre en \u0153uvre du soja extrait par solvant est qu\u2019ils ne d\u00e9cortiquent pas dans cette r\u00e9gion, ce qui rend la texturation difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Que vous d\u00e9cidiez de transformer vos PST avec du tourteau obtenu par solvant ou bien par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ExPress\u00ae, il est important de prendre en compte les co\u00fbts, l\u2019\u00e9quipement et les tendances du secteur.
