Cependant, de nombreux param\u00e8tres affectent l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le but est d\u2019extraire autant d\u2019huile que possible des graines de soja, ce qui laisse \u00e0 votre disposition deux produits commercialisables &#8211; l\u2019huile et le tourteau de soja. L\u2019huile est le produit recherch\u00e9, et si l\u2019\u00e9quipement n\u2019est pas utilis\u00e9 correctement et que d\u2019autres param\u00e8tres sont ignor\u00e9s, cela entamera assez vite vos b\u00e9n\u00e9fices. Dans ce blogue, je vais aborder deux param\u00e8tres importants \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler pour maximiser le rendement en huile (l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9limination de la vapeur). Mon prochain blogue sera focalis\u00e9 sur les deux param\u00e8tres finaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graines de soja &#8211; Param\u00e8tres \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler&#160;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Humidit\u00e9<\/em> &#8211; le taux d\u2019humidit\u00e9 dans le soja pr\u00e9-extrud\u00e9 peut varier \u00e9norm\u00e9ment. Les graines issues d\u2019une nouvelle r\u00e9colte peuvent avoir 15 \u00e0 16&#160;% d\u2019humidit\u00e9, alors que celles venant d\u2019une ancienne r\u00e9colte peuvent avoir 7 \u00e0 8&#160;%. La presse \u00e0 huile fonctionne mieux avec un produit plus sec, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 5&#160;% d\u2019humidit\u00e9 ou moins si on le souhaite. L\u2019humidit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire, combin\u00e9e avec l\u2019huile qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9e par la rupture des cellules durant l\u2019extrusion, agit comme un lubrifiant dans la presse \u00e0 huile. Ceci entra\u00eene la r\u00e9duction de la pression \u00e0 laquelle le tourteau est expos\u00e9 dans la presse, ce qui r\u00e9sulte en un rendement en huile inf\u00e9rieur. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019extrusion est utilis\u00e9 pour rompre les cellules contenant l\u2019huile, facilitant ainsi l\u2019extraction. Il d\u00e9shydrate aussi partiellement le soja, ce qui am\u00e9liore le proc\u00e9d\u00e9. L\u2019extrusion va faire baisser la teneur en humidit\u00e9 de 45 \u00e0 50&#160;%. Ce que tout cela signifie, c\u2019est que le soja brut qui va p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l\u2019extrudeuse devrait avoir 9 \u00e0 10&#160;% d\u2019humidit\u00e9 pour optimiser le rendement en huile.<\/li>\n<li><em>\u00c9limination de vapeur<\/em> &#8211; L\u2019extrusion du soja est une chose violente. Le soja est soumis \u00e0 une pression et des frottements \u00e9normes. Lorsqu\u2019il sort de l\u2019extrudeuse et qu\u2019il est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re ambiante, il se produit une explosion, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mol\u00e9culaire. Les cellules contenant l\u2019huile sont \u00e9clat\u00e9es, et l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et la graine sont lib\u00e9r\u00e9es sous forme de vapeur. Puisque l\u2019humidit\u00e9 est mauvaise pour l\u2019extraction, c\u2019est une bonne id\u00e9e de supprimer autant de vapeur que possible avant que l\u2019extrudat entre dans la presse. Cela commence \u00e0 la sortie de l\u2019extrudeuse. Une sorte d\u2019\u00e9chappement devrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour s\u00e9parer la vapeur du tourteau \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019elle sort de l\u2019extrudeuse. Ensuite, le convoyeur allant de l\u2019extrudeuse vers la presse devrait tout au moins \u00eatre ventil\u00e9 pour permettre \u00e0 la vapeur de s\u2019\u00e9chapper.
