Les graines de soja transform\u00e9es par traitement thermique peuvent \u00eatre torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es, micronis\u00e9es, \u00ab&#160;jet-splod\u00e9es&#160;\u00bb, \u00ab&#160;micro-ond\u00e9es&#160;\u00bb, grill\u00e9es, extrud\u00e9es par voie humide ou extrud\u00e9es avec cisaillement \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>D\u2019apr\u00e8s nous, les valeurs \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es sont plus proches de celles de graines de soja torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es que de graines extrud\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Il se pourrait que les valeurs du NRC aient \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9quation de pr\u00e9diction bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019analyse chimique, qui peut correspondre ou non \u00e0 un test in vitro ou in vivo.<\/li>\n<li>Si elle correspond \u00e0 un test in vivo, il est tr\u00e8s probable que la TMEn ne soit pas en relation avec le soja ayant subi une extrusion \u00e0 cisaillement \u00e9lev\u00e9 (Insta-Pro).<\/li>\n<li>Les valeurs de TMEn donn\u00e9es par Insta-Pro sont bas\u00e9es sur des essais in vivo.<\/li>\n<li>La disponibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019huile, la digestibilit\u00e9 accrue des nutriments, et la modification possible des glucides du soja hautement indigestibles (oligosaccharides) en sucres davantage digestibles pourraient expliquer la TMEn sup\u00e9rieures des produits extrud\u00e9s avec cisaillement \u00e9lev\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9nergie m\u00e9tabolisable plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e du soja entier extrud\u00e9 en comparaison avec d\u2019autres techniques de transformation a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e par de nombreux tests in vivo. La plus grande \u00e9nergie, digestible ou m\u00e9tabolisable, n\u2019est pas limit\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aviculture&#160;; elle se retrouve aussi chez d\u2019autres esp\u00e8ces animales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Est-ce que tout ceci est clair pour vous&#160;?
