De plus petites particules am\u00e9liorent le rendement de l\u2019extrudeuse en r\u00e9duisant le travail qu\u2019elle a \u00e0 faire. Il en r\u00e9sulte un meilleur produit et une dur\u00e9e de vie allong\u00e9e de l\u2019extrudeuse. Il peut \u00eatre \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir des particules plus petites pour une g\u00e9latinisation et une dilatation correctes de l\u2019amidon dans les produits souffl\u00e9s, une diminution des facteurs anti-nutritionnels, ou pour \u00e9viter que les matrices de la t\u00eate de coupe ne se bouchent pendant la production des aliments pour animaux. D\u2019autre part, une taille de particules r\u00e9duite am\u00e9liore l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 alimentaire pour les animaux en augmentant la surface disponible et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les nutriments.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe trois fa\u00e7ons principales de r\u00e9duire la taille des particules dans notre industrie, et elles ont toutes un but pr\u00e9cis dans la transformation de l\u2019alimentation humaine et animale. Ce sont les suivantes&#160;:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les broyeurs \u00e0 cylindres<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-808 alignleft\" style=\"border-color: #bbbbbb; background-color: #eeeeee;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.insta-pro.com-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Roller-mills-254x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"111\" height=\"130\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le broyeur \u00e0 cylindres est con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 reproduire les anciennes m\u00e9thodes qui faisaient appel \u00e0 des pierres rondes pour \u00e9craser les graines sur une roue. L\u2019interpr\u00e9tation moderne de cette m\u00e9thode utilise deux cylindres (ou plus) entra\u00een\u00e9s par moteur pour \u00e9craser les mati\u00e8res \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019elles passent entre les rouleaux. Ils peuvent aussi tourner \u00e0 des vitesses diff\u00e9rentes et \u00eatre plac\u00e9s plus ou moins proches l\u2019un de l\u2019autre selon la finesse de mouture recherch\u00e9e. Les broyeurs \u00e0 cylindres sont id\u00e9aux pour les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de broyage simples qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de distribution granulom\u00e9trique pr\u00e9cise ni de broyages fins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les broyeurs \u00e0 marteaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.insta-pro.com-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Hammer-Mills.jpg1.bmp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-810 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.insta-pro.com-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Hammer-Mills.jpg1.bmp\" alt=\"\" width=\"191\" height=\"116\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Un choix tr\u00e8s populaire dans le secteur est le broyeur \u00e0 marteaux. Ils sont constitu\u00e9s de deux parties principales&#160;: les marteaux et le tamis. Les marteaux se balancent librement et sont fix\u00e9s sur un moyeu entra\u00een\u00e9 par un moteur. Les morceaux calibr\u00e9s passent \u00e0 travers le fond, et toutes les grandes particules restent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient broy\u00e9es en morceaux suffisamment petits pour passer \u00e0 travers le tamis. Pour l\u2019essentiel, il s\u2019agit de pr\u00e9-broyage. L\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019amoindrir le travail de la machine en r\u00e9duisant le travail qu\u2019elle a \u00e0 effectuer sur le produit. Dans le cas des pulv\u00e9risateurs, il est fortement recommand\u00e9 de le faire pour une efficacit\u00e9 maximale. Les sommes \u00e0 investir au d\u00e9part peuvent sembler \u00e9lev\u00e9es, mais le fait que la consommation globale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 soit inf\u00e9rieure et que la productivit\u00e9 augmente peut se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler int\u00e9ressant, sachant que des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019amortissement se faisait sur 6 \u00e0 12 mois. Les broyeurs \u00e0 marteaux sont un bon choix polyvalent, mais ont certaines limitations, par exemple si on cherche un broyage fin. Les broyeurs \u00e0 cylindres et les pulv\u00e9risateurs sont plus sp\u00e9cifiques, et leur recommandation d\u00e9pendra aussi du produit (nourriture pour poissons, graines d\u00e9pellicul\u00e9es, etc.).
