href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/go-beyond-the-buzzword-amino-acids\/\">tous les acides amin\u00e9s<\/a> sont n\u00e9cessaires.<br \/>\n         Les formulations important car il aide les prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 se coller les unes aux autres et \u00e0 former des structures, ce qui leur conf\u00e8re leur fonction.<br \/>\n         Bien que le soja contienne un certain nombre de prot\u00e9ines fonctionnelles, l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elles est connue sous le nom de <strong>facteurs anti-nutritionnels<\/strong>, qui sont similaires aux <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Trypsin_inhibitor\">inhibiteurs de la trypsine<\/a>.<br \/>\n         Les facteurs anti-nutritionnels constituent un m\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9fense naturel du soja, rendant la digestion des prot\u00e9ines difficile et dissuadant les animaux de le consommer.<br \/>\n         Par cons\u00e9quent, un traitement thermique tel que l&rsquo;extrusion \u00e0 sec soufr\u00e9s : l&rsquo;extrusion \u00e0 sec \u00e0 haut cisaillement.<br \/>\n         Dans le cas de la digestibilit\u00e9 de la cyst\u00e9ine, l&rsquo;extrusion \u00e0 sec \u00e0 haut cisaillement
