Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 passionnant pour nos clients car il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 que le ma\u00efs Hi-Gel\u2122 am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et les performances chez les animaux. Extruder correctement le ma\u00efs est une chose difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, en raison de sa haute teneur en amidon et de sa faible teneur en huile. Le produit se g\u00e9latinise et se dilate, ce qui peut se produire de mani\u00e8re incontr\u00f4lable. Il en r\u00e9sulte que le ma\u00efs sort du c\u00f4ne de nez sous forme de corde. Cela pose des probl\u00e8mes de transport et de stockage. La lame de coupe doit \u00eatre install\u00e9e avec un variateur de vitesse \u00e9lectrique, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 pouvoir contr\u00f4ler la taille du ma\u00efs extrud\u00e9 en augmentant ou en r\u00e9duisant la vitesse de la lame de coupe.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre dispositif essentiel pour la transformation Hi-Gel\u2122 est un syst\u00e8me d\u2019injection d\u2019eau install\u00e9 sur l\u2019extrudeuse. La combinaison de l&rsquo;amidon et de la faible teneur en huile avec une friction \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans l\u2019extrudeuse r\u00e9sulte en un produit instable, de temp\u00e9rature variable, qui est susceptible de produire de brusques augmentations de d\u00e9bit (\u00ab surging \u00bb). Ces augmentations brusques du d\u00e9bit surviennent quand du produit s\u2019accumule dans le cylindre et que la pression derri\u00e8re le produit s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve suffisamment pour expulser le produit vers la sortie. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est difficile \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler et peut entra\u00eener une usure plus rapide des pi\u00e8ces et donc augmenter les co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels de m\u00eame qu&rsquo;un danger potentiel pour les utilisateurs de la machine.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019injection d\u2019eau permet de r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, en injectant de l\u2019eau dans la chambre d\u2019admission avec le syst\u00e8me de pompe \u00e0 eau fourni par Insta-Pro. Cela att\u00e9nue une partie de la friction et stabilise le processus d&rsquo;extrusion Hi-Gel\u2122. Si la temp\u00e9rature du produit devient trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, augmentez le taux d\u2019injection d\u2019eau. Si la temp\u00e9rature est trop faible, r\u00e9duisez l\u2019injection d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Avec notre exp\u00e9rience, il est possible d\u2019atteindre une g\u00e9latinisation de l\u2019amidon sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 90 % en utilisant les m\u00e9thodes et les param\u00e8tres d\u00e9crits ici.
