M\u00eame si cela est optimal pour la survie et l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des vaches laiti\u00e8res, dans les syst\u00e8mes modernes de production animale, cela pose un probl\u00e8me car les conseillers en nutrition laiti\u00e8re cherchent \u00e0 affiner les programmes d\u2019alimentation pour maximiser la performance (production de lait, mati\u00e8re grasse du lait et prot\u00e9ines de lait principalement) tout en minimisant les co\u00fbts d\u2019intrants (principalement les ingr\u00e9dients dans un r\u00e9gime complet).<\/p>\n<p>Cela n\u2019a aucun sens de nourrir les vaches avec un r\u00e9gime on\u00e9reux si le rumen va simplement d\u00e9grader ou alt\u00e9rer les ingr\u00e9dients principaux au point o\u00f9 ils ne sont pas efficaces pour accro\u00eetre la performance.
