Comment obtenir plus de quantit\u00e9 de ce qui est transform\u00e9 en une formulation ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019extrusion \u00e0 sec \u00e0 haut cisaillement est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 qui peut entra\u00eener une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/african-swine-fever-sterilization-of-contaminated-feed-through-high-shear-dry-extrusion\/\">st\u00e9rilit\u00e9 commerciale<\/a> des ingr\u00e9dients, nous avons la responsabilit\u00e9 de combiner des m\u00e9langes de co-produits pour \u00e9laborer de nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients extrud\u00e9s \u00e0 sec de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. Ainsi, les proportions de m\u00e9lange peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er de nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients avec des compositions vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 sur un projet dans lequel un surplus de nourriture humaine de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne \u00e9tait m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec des <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wheat_middlings\">remoulages de bl\u00e9<\/a> ou du <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soybean_meal\">tourteau de soja<\/a>. Les m\u00e9langes \u00e9taient vari\u00e9s pour inclure diff\u00e9rents niveaux de prot\u00e9ines dans les ingr\u00e9dients extrud\u00e9s finaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre vendus pour l\u2019alimentation des volailles. Comme nous avions des informations sur les m\u00e9langes, les compositions nutritionnelles et que nous \u00e9tions en mesure d\u2019ins\u00e9rer ces nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients dans un programme de formulation \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt, nous avons pu d\u00e9terminer l\u2019effet de la teneur en prot\u00e9ines (et en acides amin\u00e9s) sur les valeurs et les taux d\u2019inclusion de ces ingr\u00e9dients. Nous observons essentiellement une ligne droite et la pente nous indique que chaque hausse de 1 % de teneur en prot\u00e9ines du nouvel ingr\u00e9dient entra\u00eene une hausse d\u2019environ 3,16 $\/tonne pour le r\u00e9gime des poulets de chair. Ce montant repr\u00e9sente quelques unit\u00e9s de pourcentage du co\u00fbt total du r\u00e9gime et la fourchette de prix des ingr\u00e9dients que j\u2019ai pu obtenir, en utilisant un programme de formulation \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt, oscillait entre 75 $ et 310 $\/tonne.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, nous constatons clairement que le taux d\u2019inclusion dans le r\u00e9gime des poulets de chair augmente consid\u00e9rablement \u00e0 mesure que la teneur en prot\u00e9ines d\u2019un nouvel ingr\u00e9dient augmente et atteint un certain point. Dans ce cas de figure, nous avons obtenu plus de prot\u00e9ines dans notre nouvel ingr\u00e9dient en augmentant la quantit\u00e9 de tourteau de soja, et au niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, le programme de formulation \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt incluait le nouvel ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 27 % du r\u00e9gime.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sumons bri\u00e8vement ce que cet exercice nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le sur la mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9finir la valeur des ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le fait d\u2019inclure plus de prot\u00e9ines dans un ingr\u00e9dient augmente sa valeur de mani\u00e8re fiable<\/li>\n<li>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un certain niveau de prot\u00e9ines, un programme de formulation \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt inclura une plus grande quantit\u00e9 de cet ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 teneur en prot\u00e9ines plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et cet ingr\u00e9dient se vendra plus cher sur le march\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le graphique n\u2019indique pas que la qualit\u00e9 des prot\u00e9ines affecte aussi ce facteur. L\u2019ingr\u00e9dient ayant la valeur la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (le taux $\/tonne et le pourcentage d\u2019inclusion de l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient avec le programme de formulation \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt) est celui qui a la plus grande quantit\u00e9 de tourteau de soja. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/properly-processed-express-soy-meal-maintains-high-digestibility-greater-metabolizable-energy\/\">Les tourteaux de soja correctement transform\u00e9s<\/a> sont connus pour \u00eatre de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9 et sont largement utilis\u00e9s dans les programmes alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Ne gaspillez pas la valeur des ingr\u00e9dients et apprenez \u00e0 conna\u00eetre la valeur de vos produits. Les prot\u00e9ines sont une source unique de valeur. L\u2019\u00e9nergie, la mati\u00e8re grasse et l\u2019huile, le calcium et le phosphore sont d\u2019autres consid\u00e9rations importantes pour n\u2019en citer que quelques unes.
