\u00e0 travers le c\u00f4ne de nez.\u00a0 C\u2019est \u00e0 ce stade que la physique prend le relais et qu\u2019a lieu un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne v\u00e9ritablement unique.<\/p>\n<p>On sait que l\u2019eau bout \u00e0 100\u00a0degr\u00e9s Celsius (212\u00b0 Fahrenheit) dans des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques normales (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la pression atmosph\u00e9rique habituelle autour de nous).\u00a0 Si l\u2019on met l\u2019eau sous pression, sa temp\u00e9rature d\u2019\u00e9bullition sera plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.\u00a0 L\u2019inverse est \u00e9galement vrai.\u00a0 Cela explique est moindre.\u00a0 Comme mentionn\u00e9, l\u2019environnement \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du fourreau de l\u2019extrudeuse est soumis \u00e0 une pression intense.\u00a0 Il existe une barri\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 le produit extrud\u00e9 passe de la pression intense \u00e0 l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re normale, et cet endroit se situe au niveau de la sortie du c\u00f4ne.\u00a0 Le c\u00f4ne de nez expulse le produit vers une zone de conditions atmosph\u00e9riques normales, ce qui constitue une chute de pression massive.\u00a0 Tout comme les plongeurs qui descendent \u00e0 des profondeurs extr\u00eames (et qui doivent remonter lentement \u00e0 la surface pour \u00e9viter des accidents de d\u00e9compression), le produit extrud\u00e9 subit un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne semblable au niveau cellulaire.\u00a0 L\u2019\u00e9norme chute de pression fait exploser les structures cellulaires, ce qui rend certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments plus biodisponibles.\u00a0 Dans le m\u00eame temps, l\u2019eau qui se trouvait sous pression extr\u00eame se d\u00e9gage du produit, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elle \u00ab\u00a0s\u2019\u00e9chappe par \u00e9bullition\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 sous forme
