Les param\u00e8tres de l\u2019extrudeuse et de la presse varient en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques des graines.<\/p>\n<p>En comparaison des tourteaux obtenus par d\u2019autres processus m\u00e9caniques, la qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle des tourteaux ExPress\u00ae est meilleure. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de l\u2019Illinois a compar\u00e9 la digestibilit\u00e9 des acides amin\u00e9s chez des poulets de chair nourris de tourteaux issus de deux processus m\u00e9caniques diff\u00e9rents.
