Lorsque les enzymes ont moins acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un ingr\u00e9dient dans l\u2019appareil digestif, une quantit\u00e9 moindre de nutriments est dig\u00e9r\u00e9e et utilisable par l&rsquo;animal.&#160; Par ailleurs, lorsque la g\u00e9latinisation est r\u00e9duite, la digestion de l&rsquo;amidon dans l&rsquo;intestin diminue.&#160; De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, plus grande est la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau ajout\u00e9e lors de l&rsquo;extrusion du ma\u00efs, plus l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient a une valeur nutritive faible.<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, l&rsquo;extrusion \u00e0 sec du ma\u00efs avec une machine Insta-Pro limite la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau, notamment apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tablissement du passage initial de mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 travers le fourreau de l\u2019extrudeuse.&#160;
