Parte 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la parte 3 de la evaluaci\u00f3n de ingredientes, hablar\u00e9 sobre los rumiantes.&#160; En las partes 1 y 2, me centr\u00e9 en las aves de corral y en la forma en que los niveles de las categor\u00edas principales de nutrientes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/es\/2017\/08\/24\/como-evaluar-ingredientes-el-efecto-de-la-fibra-cruda-en-las-aves-de-corral-parte-1\/\">fibra cruda<\/a> y niveles totales de grasa) afectaban la energ\u00eda metabolizable (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/es\/2013\/06\/18\/energy-in-performance-out\/\">\u00fatil para fines productivos<\/a>) de la dieta completa.<\/p>\n<p>Los rumiantes son m\u00e1s complejos por la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ruminant\">estructura digestiva<\/a> y, en particular, el <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rumen\">rumen<\/a> que poseen.&#160;
