Esta frustraci\u00f3n surge de la falta actual de servicios personalizados y la necesidad y el deseo de conectarnos con un humano. Esto nos permite buscar el consuelo de que contaremos con un socio para resolver nuestro problema. Concluimos que esas empresas que ofrecen servicios personales tendr\u00e1n \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>En un viaje reciente a Asia, donde visit\u00e9 a clientes para hablar sobre sus planes de expansi\u00f3n del negocio en sus plantas de extrusi\u00f3n, me encontr\u00e9 inmerso en debates acerca de las preguntas relativas al soporte t\u00e9cnico y operativo. Al recorrer las plantas de extrusi\u00f3n y prensado de aceite de diferentes pa\u00edses, siempre surg\u00eda el mismo tema: algunas de las preguntas relativas al soporte estaban claramente definidas y otras no. Por ejemplo, las preguntas claramente definidas se relacionaban con el hecho de que la harina proveniente de una extrusora era m\u00e1s oscura que la proveniente de otra extrusora, pero tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda necesidades de servicio que no estaban definidas, las cuales, en muchos casos, eran la causa del principal punto de preocupaci\u00f3n. Luego de interrogar un poco m\u00e1s al equipo operativo, revisar los par\u00e1metros operativos e inspeccionar de forma visual los productos extruidos y las piezas gastadas, hablamos con nuestro equipo de soporte t\u00e9cnico y pudimos determinar la causa principal del desaf\u00edo en el servicio y proporcionar orientaci\u00f3n para corregir el problema.<\/p>\n<p>Como vicepresidente de Ventas y Marketing, estas experiencias destacan las necesidades de nuestros clientes de interacci\u00f3n personal de parte nuestra para proporcionar soluciones. Esto increment\u00f3 mi conciencia sobre la necesidad de mantenernos conectados con nuestros clientes para proporcionarles apoyo y soluciones a trav\u00e9s de m\u00faltiples herramientas de servicio, como ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blogs sobre una amplia variedad de preguntas frecuentes relativas a los equipos o negocios<\/li>\n<li>Boletines informativos para proporcionar el servicio relevante<\/li>\n<li>Uso de herramientas t\u00e9cnicas:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visitas t\u00e9cnicas al sitio gratuitas: <\/strong>dentro del a\u00f1o de la compra para todos los clientes que compren extrusoras, prensas, refrigeradores u otros equipos<\/li>\n<li><strong>analizador port\u00e1til de ingredientes: <\/strong>unidad NIR para medir r\u00e1pidamente los niveles de prote\u00ednas, grasas, fibras y humedad<\/li>\n<li><strong>Programa de producci\u00f3n inteligente:<\/strong> para supervisar de forma remota los sistemas de ExPress\u00ae operativos en m\u00faltiples sitios. Estos le permite al equipo de servicio ayudarlo desde cualquier parte y en cualquier momento<\/li>\n<li><strong>Programas Service Plus:<\/strong> visitas al sitio por parte de t\u00e9cnicos de mantenimiento, nuevas capacitaciones para el personal operativo y evaluaciones mensuales remotas de los par\u00e1metros operativos con comentarios para la mejora<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada visita que realizo a los clientes refuerza la efectividad de los productos y servicios anteriormente mencionados ya que les proporciona a los operadores y la gerencia soluciones para su necesidades operativas y gerenciales diarias.
