{"id":8934,"date":"2014-08-07T09:00:40","date_gmt":"2014-08-07T14:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/2014\/08\/07\/superar-las-expectativas-priorizar-al-cliente\/"},"modified":"2026-01-07T13:22:20","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T19:22:20","slug":"superar-las-expectativas-priorizar-al-cliente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/es\/blog\/estrategia-comercial-y-finanzas\/superar-las-expectativas-priorizar-al-cliente\/","title":{"rendered":"Superar las expectativas: Priorizar al cliente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante una visita reciente a posibles clientes, record\u00e9 la importancia de las relaciones con los clientes para el negocio.\u00a0 Sin clientes no hay negocio, por lo que, como colaboradores de la empresa, no solo debemos satisfacer al cliente en primera instancia, sino tambi\u00e9n continuar satisfaciendo y superando sus expectativas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando comenc\u00e9 a trabajar en el trabajo de dise\u00f1o para una empresa, a veces necesitaba ayuda o a alguien con experiencia previa en esa empresa que me informara c\u00f3mo funcionaba el negocio.\u00a0 Pod\u00eda ser algo tan simple como saber qu\u00e9 puerta es la principal o tan formal como presentar una tarjeta comercial con ambas manos y una profunda reverencia durante el saludo (\u00a1si se est\u00e1 en Jap\u00f3n!).<\/p>\n<p>Como ingeniero, mi trabajo es muy diferente al del equipo de ventas, por eso, a la hora de comprender y gestionar las relaciones con los clientes, el equipo de ventas es el grupo en general involucrado.\u00a0 Aunque los m\u00e9todos de ventas e ingenier\u00eda pueden ser muy diferentes, los objetivos son los mismos: ofrecerle al cliente soluciones para que tenga la mejor posibilidad de alcanzar el \u00e9xito comercial.<\/p>\n<p>En un reciente viaje comercial con uno de nuestros directores de ventas, tuve la suerte de visitar a clientes y hablar sobre algunas oportunidades comerciales nuevas con ellos.\u00a0 Como ingeniero, es invaluable poder ver las plantas de primera mano y hablar sobre las posibilidades de dise\u00f1o en persona.\u00a0 Las im\u00e1genes y los <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Computer-aided_design\">planos CAD<\/a> solo cuentan parte de la historia, por eso, en la medida de lo posible, las visitas al sitio son especialmente \u00fatiles.<\/p>\n<p>Durante una visita a un sitio, nuestro objetivo es conectarnos a\u00fan m\u00e1s con el cliente, comprender sus objetivos operativos y ofrecerle soluciones. En nuestra visita, pudimos debatir ideas en la planta y con una comida de por medio. Estas interacciones eliminan algunas de las \u201cformalidades\u201d del negocio y proporcionan una atm\u00f3sfera donde las ideas fluyen de forma natural. Esto nos permite conectarnos con los clientes en un nivel m\u00e1s personal, lo que nos ayuda a crear soluciones mejores para ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este viaje, pude adquirir una nueva apreciaci\u00f3n no solo del proceso de ventas completo, sino tambi\u00e9n del punto de vista del cliente.
