animales j\u00f3venes son m\u00e1s propensos a carecer de energ\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recientemente, analizaba una presentaci\u00f3n que alguien me envi\u00f3 y vi una dispositiva sobre los valores energ\u00e9ticos de las grasas y los aceites seg\u00fan la edad.&#160; Se centraba en el concepto de que los cerdos y los pollos de menor edad tienen valores inferiores de energ\u00eda metabolizable para estos ingredientes con un alto contenido energ\u00e9tico, en comparaci\u00f3n con los valores de los animales de mayor edad.&#160; Esta es una de las cosas que aprend\u00ed hace mucho y en la que honestamente no pensaba hace tiempo: los animales de menor edad tienen sistemas digestivos menos desarrollados que los de mayor edad, y es por eso que est\u00e1n menos preparados para extraer los nutrientes suficientes de la dieta.&#160; Por este motivo, se presta m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n (lo que, en general, resulta en un mayor costo por unidad) en la dietas para cerditos reci\u00e9n destetados y pollos de engorde iniciales.&#160; Teniendo en cuenta el trabajo extensivo que implican estas formulaciones y dado que el componente de grasa\/aceite representa un porcentaje \u00ednfimo (generalmente, menos del 5&#160;%), f\u00e1cilmente se olvida c\u00f3mo la edad del animal puede afectar a este componente.<\/p>\n<p>He escrito blogs sobre la importancia de los niveles \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Los diferentes tratamientos de este estudio se dise\u00f1aron para lograr diferentes energ\u00edas metabolizables aparentes (AME) de las grasas; b\u00e1sicamente, m\u00e1s o menos grasas utilizables seg\u00fan la medici\u00f3n de valores AME superiores o inferiores.&#160; Se us\u00f3 aceite de soja o sebo (grasa de res), de calidad alta o baja.&#160; Inclu\u00ed la edad de las aves que se alimentaban y puede ver claramente que las aves de menor edad (de 1,5 semanas de edad) hac\u00edan un peor trabajo en el uso de la grasa\/el aceite para obtener energ\u00eda que las aves de mayor edad (de 7,5 semanas de edad).&#160; La diferencia entre el mejor y el peor rendimiento a las 1,5 semanas de edad era bastante significativa, oscilaba un 30&#160;% entre los dos extremos, el cual, a la hora de formular una dieta comercial para animales, es un porcentaje enorme.&#160; Adem\u00e1s, las diferencias entre las calidades alta y baja se notaron mucho m\u00e1s con el sebo que con energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello que es en este punto donde la selecci\u00f3n de ingredientes con, o que consistan exclusivamente en, grasas\/aceites se vuelve cr\u00edtica.&#160; al formular una dieta para animales j\u00f3venes, elija ingredientes consistentes de alta calidad de un buen proveedor.&#160; \u00bfSu proveedor <a
