Ahora, nos centraremos en los otros dos factores importantes: la <em>temperatura <\/em>y la <em>velocidad de alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1.<strong> Temperatura:<\/strong> cuanto m\u00e1s elevada sea la temperatura a la que se extruye la soja, mejor parece funcionar el proceso. Una mayor temperatura resulta en un mayor porcentaje de ruptura celular. Esto es bueno para la extracci\u00f3n de la humedad y tambi\u00e9n para la recuperaci\u00f3n del aceite. Recomendamos usar la extrusora de los sistemas ExPress\u00ae a una temperatura m\u00ednima de 310&#160;\u00b0F (154,4&#160;\u00b0C) y a una temperatura m\u00e1xima de 320&#160;\u00b0F (160&#160;\u00b0C). Debido al corto tiempo de latencia en la extrusora, se observa poco o nada de da\u00f1o nutricional, incluso a temperaturas de 330&#160;\u00b0F (165,5&#160;\u00b0C). Siempre y cuando se mantenga la temperatura de la extrusora, la prensa har\u00e1 su trabajo. Compare muestras de diferentes velocidades para determinar cu\u00e1ndo se recupera la mayor cantidad de aceite.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que debe tener en cuenta para este tipo de pruebas es la soja cruda. Podr\u00eda haber una variaci\u00f3n en el contenido de aceite entre una variedad y otra. Puede ser aconsejable a\u00f1adir una muestra de los granos crudos para compararlos con la torta o la harina de soja terminada. Actualmente, se cultiva soja con un mayor contenido de aceite. Adem\u00e1s, algunas partes del pa\u00eds cultivan soja que produce consistentemente un mayor contenido de aceite gracias a las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas y de la tierra. Combine la soja con un alto contenido de aceite con una humedad elevada y obtendr\u00e1 un alto contenido de aceite residual.<\/p>\n<p>La prensa de aceite le dir\u00e1 si la est\u00e1 alimentando en exceso.
