Este es un buen momento para debatir los pro y los contra de extruir soja entera frente a moler soja.<\/p>\n<p>En mi opini\u00f3n, no hay ninguna competencia. Moler la soja antes de la extrusi\u00f3n es el camino a seguir. Cualquier persona que se haya ocupado del transporte de la soja entera puede decirle qu\u00e9 tan abrasiva es (elevadores, barrenas, poleas principales, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>4) <em>Producto terminado m\u00e1s fino y consistente:<\/em> esto facilita la mezcla con otros ingredientes en una formulaci\u00f3n terminada. Tambi\u00e9n facilita el proceso de refrigeraci\u00f3n, especialmente en climas c\u00e1lidos.<\/p>\n<p>5) <em>Mayor calidad de la extrusi\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con la remoci\u00f3n de los inhibidores de la ureasa y la tripsina:<\/em>como la soja se ha molido, el tama\u00f1o inferior de part\u00edculas expone a una mayor cantidad de soja al calor y la presi\u00f3n necesarios para garantizar una buena calidad del producto terminado.<\/p>\n<p>Al extruir soja entera, notar\u00e1 una gran variaci\u00f3n en el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas del producto terminado y una frecuente falta de cocci\u00f3n en las part\u00edculas m\u00e1s grandes.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00fanica contra es el gasto adicional para adquirir un molinillo o un molino de rodillos. Sin embargo, esto compensa el ahorro en repuestos. El consumo adicional de energ\u00eda se compensa al reducir el consumo de la extrusora y aumentar la capacidad de producci\u00f3n.
