El prensado mec\u00e1nico de aceite es un m\u00e9todo rentable, vers\u00e1til y que no requiere productos qu\u00edmicos, que permite procesar f\u00e1cilmente las semillas con contenido de aceite.<\/p>\n<p>La prensa de aceite t\u00edpica cuenta con tres piezas importantes: la jaula, el tornillo y las barras de la jaula.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jaula:<\/strong> Este montaje aloja al tornillo y las barras de la jaula. A medida que las semillas pasan por esta secci\u00f3n, el aceite se escurre hacia el dep\u00f3sito de aceite que se encuentra debajo. Algunos s\u00f3lidos tambi\u00e9n pasan y se bombean hacia afuera, junto con el aceite crudo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tornillo:<\/strong> Este transporta las semillas desde la jaula de la prensa hacia las barras de la jaula. La extrusi\u00f3n podr\u00eda incrementar la eficacia y producci\u00f3n de la prensa al permitir que las c\u00e9lulas de aceite se rompan y facilitar el acceso y la extracci\u00f3n.
