Es verdad que se puede inyectar agua directamente en el ca\u00f1\u00f3n o como vapor en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/products-services\/preconditioners.html\">preacondicionador<\/a> (antes de la extrusi\u00f3n), pero, hablando con propiedad, la extrusi\u00f3n \u201cseca\u201d no quiere humedad adicional para la cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado, la extrusi\u00f3n seca en general se lleva a cabo con menores niveles de humedad que la extrusi\u00f3n h\u00fameda.&#160; 24 \u2013 10 = 14<\/p>\n<p>Humedad relativa para extraer mediante la extrusi\u00f3n h\u00fameda vs. la seca: 14 \u2013 8 = 6\/14 x 100 =<b><i> se debe extraer el 43&#160;% de humedad mediante la extrusi\u00f3n h\u00fameda para obtener un producto seguro y estable.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, la extrusi\u00f3n seca usa menos agua que la extrusi\u00f3n h\u00fameda y, por lo tanto, se debe eliminar una menor cantidad de agua para lograr un producto final estable.&#160;
