dietas de cerdos de destete, estos demostraron que no hab\u00eda diferencias en el rendimiento de crecimiento cuando el ma\u00edz molido se sustitu\u00eda por ma\u00edz Hi-Gel<sup>\u2122<\/sup> , pero la ingesta voluntaria de alimento segu\u00eda de cerca los niveles diet\u00e9ticos de energ\u00eda disponible.<br \/>\n         En consecuencia, deben evaluarse otros factores como el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula dada la falta de diferencias observadas con el almid\u00f3n altamente gelatinizado del ma\u00edz Hi-Gel<sup>\u2122<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>El tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas del ma\u00edz y otros cereales es un factor clave que se debe tener en cuenta, ya que afecta la digestibilidad de los nutrientes y el crecimiento de los cerdos.<br \/>\n         Moler el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalhogfarmer.com\/hog-health\/impact-of-ground-corn-particle-size-on-nursery-finishing-pigs\">ma\u00edz<\/a> para reducir el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas aumenta la superficie, lo cual permite que las enzimas digestivas tengan mayor actividad y, por lo tanto, una mayor eficiencia alimentaria de los cerdos.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta los posibles efectos del metabolizable en los cerdos.<br \/>\n         Para hacer esto, se molieron ambas fuentes de ma\u00edz hasta alcanzar tres tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula diferentes (300, 500 y 700 \u00b5m) y se suministraron a los cerdos de cr\u00eda.<br \/>\n         La digestibilidad de la energ\u00eda bruta del ma\u00edz Hi-Gel<sup>\u2122<\/sup> fue un 6&nbsp;% superior y la concentraci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda metabolizable fue un 4&nbsp;% superior a la del ma\u00edz molido (no extruido) independientemente del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas, tal como se detalla a resultados de este ensayo para determinar c\u00f3mo afecta el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula del ma\u00edz Hi-Gel<sup>\u2122<\/sup> el valor energ\u00e9tico del ma\u00edz para cerdos, demuestran que la tecnolog\u00eda de extrusi\u00f3n seca de alta fricci\u00f3n agrega valor energ\u00e9tico al ma\u00edz haciendo que el almid\u00f3n altamente gelatinizado sea m\u00e1s digerible para fines productivos sin importar el tama\u00f1o de la part\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<p>La extrusi\u00f3n seca aumenta la cantidad de energ\u00eda disponible en el ma\u00edz, por lo cual es posible obtener m\u00e1s energ\u00eda del ma\u00edz Hi-Gel<sup>\u2122<\/sup> , lo que permite ahorrar costos en la dieta.<br \/>\n         Los beneficios econ\u00f3micos de una mayor energ\u00eda metabolizable en el ma\u00edz Hi-Gel<sup>\u2122<\/sup> dan una oportunidad para que los integradores de cerdos ahorren ~3,5&nbsp;% en los costos de alimentaci\u00f3n de los cerdos de destete con una menor inclusi\u00f3n de harina
