es una versi\u00f3n mejorada del ingrediente b\u00e1sico.<br \/>\n         El almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz de este ingrediente est\u00e1 totalmente gelatinizado (90&nbsp;% o m\u00e1s), lo que facilita su digesti\u00f3n y absorci\u00f3n por los animales.<br \/>\n         Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1056617121000544\">estudio<\/a> que realizamos con la Universidad Estatal de Iowa hace unos a\u00f1os demostr\u00f3 que esto es m\u00e1s que \u00fatil.<br \/>\n         En este estudio, los pollos de engorde alimentados con ma\u00edz Hi-Gel\u2122 demostraron un mayor consumo de alimento durante la fase de arranque, y las aves alcanzaron el peso de mercado con mayor rapidez que cuando se les aliment\u00f3 con ma\u00edz molido, la versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica.<br \/>\n         Cuando una versi\u00f3n de mayor calidad de la harina de soya se agreg\u00f3 a la dieta, en este caso, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/why-you-should-formulate-with-express-soy-meal\/\">harina de soya ExPress\u00ae<\/a>, las aves crecieron a\u00fan m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y alcanzaron el peso de mercado unos 4 d\u00edas antes.<\/p>\n<p>Intentamos constantemente perfeccionar y entender nuestros procesos, utilizando las pruebas con animales como patr\u00f3n de oro para medir la calidad nutricional.<br \/>\n         Hace poco, completamos algunas pruebas para observar el efecto del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas del ma\u00edz, tanto crudo como Hi-Gel\u2122, en la cantidad de energ\u00eda disponible y amino\u00e1cidos digeribles en el ma\u00edz.<br \/>\n         Trabajamos con el laboratorio del Dr. Carl Parsons de la Universidad de Illinois y su ensayo de gallos cecectomizados.<br \/>\n         El tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas es importante por muchas razones, que incluye aquellas relacionadas con el funcionamiento de la extrusora seca, y porque tambi\u00e9n afecta al rendimiento de los animales.<br \/>\n         Analizamos 3 tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula (300, 500 y 700 micrones) y dos estados del ma\u00edz (crudo o extruido en seco con el equipo Insta-Pro).<br \/>\n         A continuaci\u00f3n se muestran algunos de los principales resultados (se debe tener en cuenta que los distintos tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula se han promediado dentro de cada barra porque el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula no marcaba ninguna diferencia).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20505 nuevos datos, el ma\u00edz Hi-Gel\u2122 no contiene m\u00e1s energ\u00eda metabolizable (es decir, con fines productivos o energ\u00eda metabolizable) ni amino\u00e1cidos digestibles que el ma\u00edz crudo molido.<br \/>\n         Es cierto que, expresado tal cual, hay unas 167 kcal m\u00e1s disponibles de energ\u00eda \u00fatil, pero todo eso se explica por las diferencias de humedad.<br \/>\n         Hemos indicado en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/are-your-animals-getting-all-they-can-out-of-corn\/\">blogs<\/a> anteriores que el ma\u00edz Hi-Gel\u2122 probablemente conten\u00eda una mayor cantidad de energ\u00eda metabolizable que el ma\u00edz molido en pollos de engorde, pero se utilizaron datos publicados para el ma\u00edz molido, no datos de animales.<\/p>\n<p>Hubo muy poca variaci\u00f3n en la energ\u00eda metabolizable con diferentes tama\u00f1os de part\u00edculas.<br \/>\n         Por ejemplo, con ma\u00edz crudo molido a 300 micrones, los valores de energ\u00eda metabolizable de 4 grupos de aves fueron 3886, 3856, 3921 y 3920, es decir, pr\u00e1cticamente no tuvieron variaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n         Cuando se extru\u00eda ese mismo tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula, los valores eran 3848, 3966, 4043 y 3825; nuevamente, una variaci\u00f3n muy baja.<br \/>\n         El tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas del ma\u00edz utilizado en este estudio no afect\u00f3 ninguno de los par\u00e1metros nutricionales que se midieron.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, los datos de este reciente trabajo ayudan a destacar algunas cosas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se necesitan datos de muchos tipos sobre los animales para comprender c\u00f3mo debe utilizarse un ingrediente.\n        <\/li>\n<li>Un estudio de alimentaci\u00f3n, que mida la ingesta, el crecimiento y la eficiencia, aportar\u00e1 un conjunto de informaci\u00f3n; un estudio para medir la digestibilidad de los nutrientes, tambi\u00e9n usando animales, arrojar\u00e1 otra informaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n         Ambos son importantes.\n        <\/li>\n<li>Insta-Pro lleva m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os realizando ambos tipos de estudios; ninguna otra empresa de equipos tiene este nivel de conocimiento.\n        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 el ensayo de rendimiento de pollos de engorde con ma\u00edz Hi-Gel\u2122 mostr\u00f3 tales ventajas si no hay diferencias basadas en el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas o la digestibilidad de los nutrientes?<br \/>\n         La raz\u00f3n m\u00e1s probable es que la extrusi\u00f3n seca de alta fricci\u00f3n causa un cambio f\u00edsico en el almid\u00f3n y otras mol\u00e9culas del ma\u00edz, lo que permite a los pollos de engorde consumir mucho m\u00e1s ma\u00edz.<br \/>\n         Como se ha indicado anteriormente, un reciente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1056617121000544\">estudio de alimentaci\u00f3n<\/a> ha descubierto un aumento de la ingesta y un tiempo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido para alcanzar el peso de mercado cuando el ma\u00edz Hi-Gel\u2122 sustituy\u00f3 al ma\u00edz molido b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p>Comun\u00edquese con nosotros para obtener m\u00e1s
