Como vimos entonces, el proceso de extrusi\u00f3n en seco realiza un excelente trabajo de estabilizaci\u00f3n de los productos de soja, y con solo alrededor del 5-6% de humedad, estos productos duran hasta 12 meses cuando se almacenan hasta a 140 \u00b0F, que es una temperatura m\u00e1s alta y un tiempo m\u00e1s prolongado del habitual en un entorno comercial.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, hoy quiero recordar a todo el mundo, en un gr\u00e1fico de f\u00e1cil consulta, lo que puede resultar del proceso de ExPress\u00ae y su duraci\u00f3n. Si usted es productor, querr\u00e1 producir suficiente soja entera para cubrir las necesidades de todo su pienso. Aunque es posible, no recomendamos producir m\u00e1s de lo necesario porque, al igual que el pan, cuanto m\u00e1s fresco est\u00e9 nuestro alimento, mejor sabr\u00e1. Si usted tiene una f\u00e1brica de piensos que vende su ingrediente o fabrica un pienso completo, usted y sus clientes preferir\u00e1n un producto que haya sido procesado recientemente.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfcu\u00e1nto almacenamiento que necesita para su planta? Cuando dise\u00f1e una planta de ExPress\u00ae, querr\u00e1 cubrir sus necesidades mensuales, y quiz\u00e1s un poco m\u00e1s por si acaso, as\u00ed que si tiene, por ejemplo, una planta de 4 MTPH que funciona 24 horas al d\u00eda durante 25 d\u00edas cada mes, tendr\u00e1 aproximadamente 1980 toneladas de harina de soja ExPress\u00ae y 300 toneladas de aceite de soja ExPress\u00ae.
