Por lo tanto, las proporciones de la mezcla pueden alterarse para crear nuevos ingredientes con composiciones variadas.<\/p>\n<p>Trabaj\u00e9 en uno de tales procesos en los que se mezcl\u00f3 comida humana sobrante con calidad superior a la media con <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wheat_middlings\">harinillas de trigo<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soybean_meal\">harina de soya<\/a>. Las mezclas se variaron para incluir distintos niveles de prote\u00edna en los ingredientes extruidos finales que se vender\u00edan como alimentaci\u00f3n av\u00edcola. Puesto que ten\u00edamos informaci\u00f3n sobre las mezclas, las composiciones de los nutrientes, pudimos incluir estos nuevos ingredientes en un programa de formulaci\u00f3n de coste m\u00ednimo, pudimos determinar el efecto del contenido de la prote\u00edna (y los amino\u00e1cidos) en los valores y las tasas de inclusi\u00f3n de estos ingredientes. Es b\u00e1sicamente una l\u00ednea recta y la pendiente nos indica que cada aumento del 1 % en el contenido de prote\u00edna del nuevo ingrediente resulta en un aumento de aproximadamente 3,16 $\/tonelada en la dieta para pollos de engorde. Esta cantidad representa unas pocas unidades de porcentaje del precio total de la dieta, y la gama en los precios de los ingredientes que pude obtener, usando un programa de formulaci\u00f3n de costo m\u00ednimo, variaron de 75 $ a 310 $\/tonelada.<\/p>\n<p>En segundo lugar, podemos ver claramente que la tasa de inclusi\u00f3n en la dieta de los pollos de engorde aumenta dr\u00e1sticamente seg\u00fan aumenta y logra alcanzar cierto punto el contenido de prote\u00edna de un nuevo ingrediente. En esta situaci\u00f3n, logramos m\u00e1s prote\u00edna en nuestro nuevo ingrediente aumentando la cantidad de harina de soya, y en el m\u00e1ximo nivel, el programa de formulaci\u00f3n de costo m\u00ednimo incluy\u00f3 el nuevo ingrediente al 27 % de la dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Resumamos lo que este ejercicio nos dice sobre el valor determinante de los ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incluir m\u00e1s prote\u00edna en un ingrediente aumenta fiablemente su valor.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un cierto nivel de prote\u00edna del ingrediente, un programa de formulaci\u00f3n de coste m\u00ednimo incluir\u00e1 m\u00e1s cantidad de este ingrediente de alto contenido en prote\u00edna, y este ingrediente lograr\u00e1 aumentar el precio en el mercado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El gr\u00e1fico no muestra que la calidad de la prote\u00edna tambi\u00e9n es importante. El ingrediente con el mayor valor ($\/tonelada del ingrediente y porcentaje de inclusi\u00f3n con el programa de formulaci\u00f3n de coste m\u00ednimo) es el que tenga mayor cantidad de harina de soya. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/properly-processed-express-soy-meal-maintains-high-digestibility-greater-metabolizable-energy\/\">Las harinas de soya procesadas correctamente<\/a> son famosas por su alta calidad y se usan ampliamente en los programas de alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>No pierda valor: sepa lo que valen sus productos.
