Recientemente me preguntaron cu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre la extrusi\u00f3n seca de alta fricci\u00f3n y los otros m\u00e9todos de producci\u00f3n. Se cree err\u00f3neamente que todos los procesos de extrusi\u00f3n son los mismos. Sin embargo, existen muchas diferencias.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, la calidad es primordial. Los componentes internos de la extrusora seca de alta fricci\u00f3n han sido, esencialmente, los mismos durante varias d\u00e9cadas y es ah\u00ed donde se realiza el trabajo. Obtendr\u00e1 harina de soya de alta calidad sustituyendo las piezas a medida que se desgastan y respetando los par\u00e1metros de control de calidad (es decir, control de la temperatura de extrusi\u00f3n, etc.). La temperatura de extrusi\u00f3n se controla mediante un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edculas consistente, niveles de humedad adecuados y consistentes y usando semillas de soya completas (no partidas) de buena calidad. La harina de soya entera extruida y\/o la harina de soya ExPress\u00ae resultantes tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1n consistentes y superiores a la harina de soya extra\u00edda por solventes y otros m\u00e9todos de procesamiento. Dicha calidad ha sido probada con \u00e9xito a trav\u00e9s del mejor indicador: la digestibilidad de los nutrientes y el rendimiento de los animales alimentados con ingredientes extruidos secos a alta fricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las diferencias en calidad no solamente se han demostrado al alimentar <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32658295\/\">cerdos<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/increase-revenue-profit\/\">pollos de engorde<\/a> con harina de soya ExPress\u00ae en comparaci\u00f3n con la harina de soya extra\u00edda por solventes. De hecho, al comparar el valor nutricional de la soya procesada por extrusi\u00f3n seca de alta fricci\u00f3n\/extracci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de aceite con otros procesos mec\u00e1nicos, se han detectado diferencias en t\u00e9rminos de digestibilidad de los amino\u00e1cidos en los pollos de engorde seg\u00fan los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/antinutrients-part-ii-variation-among-mechanically-processed-soy-products\/\">valores determinados<\/a> por el Dr. Carl Parsons de la Universidad de IL. La digestibilidad de la metionina y la lisina (amino\u00e1cidos limitativos) es superior en los pollos de engorde alimentados con ExPress\u00ae. Adem\u00e1s, un <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32437583\/\">estudio<\/a> con cerdos en crecimiento compar\u00f3 la digestibilidad de los amino\u00e1cidos en la soya entera tostada y ExPress\u00ae demostrando que la digestibilidad de la lisina en los cerdos alimentados con harina de soya ExPress\u00ae era significativamente diferente de la de los alimentados con soya tostada (89,6 % vs. 84,4 %).<\/p>\n<p>En dicho estudio, a pesar de que la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/lysine-to-protein-ratio-an-indicator-to-estimate-heat-damage-in-processed-ingredients\/\">proporci\u00f3n de lisina en las prote\u00ednas<\/a> era muy similar para ambos ingredientes de soya, lo cual indica que no hubo da\u00f1o t\u00e9rmico, hay una diferencia notable en t\u00e9rminos de valor nutricional. Adicionalmente, es importante destacar que la extrusi\u00f3n seca de alta fricci\u00f3n se basa en la cocci\u00f3n y rotura de paredes celulares de soya en un proceso breve a altas temperaturas.
