Extrusora modelo 9000 vs. modelo 9400"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El a\u00f1o pasado introdujimos nuestro nuevo modelo de extrusora, la 9000. Desde entonces, muchos clientes nos han preguntado cual es la diferencia entre este nuevo modelo y el modelo anterior, la 9400. Para empezar, la 9400 se cre\u00f3 en 1994 y necesitaba una urgente actualizaci\u00f3n. Sus elementos de dise\u00f1o desfasados dieron lugar a que los ingenieros de IP reformasen su dise\u00f1o. Uno de los cambios en el dise\u00f1o es que la 9000 (3 c\u00e1maras) tiene menos c\u00e1maras que la 9400 (6 c\u00e1maras) porque es m\u00e1s eficiente en la producci\u00f3n de fricci\u00f3n. Menos c\u00e1maras tambi\u00e9n equivale a menos tiempo de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La 9000 tiene entre un 15 % y un 23 % m\u00e1s de capacidad que la 9400. Estos datos se basan en 6500 lb\/h de la antigua 9400 y la nueva capacidad de la 9000 de 7500-8000 lb\/h. Adem\u00e1s, el bastidor redise\u00f1ado es m\u00e1s fuerte y m\u00e1s r\u00edgido que el de la 9400, aumentando la estabilidad de la extrusora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, tiene una opci\u00f3n para PIP en el panel de control que le permite ver los par\u00e1metros de producci\u00f3n desde su tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil u ordenador. Las piezas que forman la extrusora son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de usar y su env\u00edo es m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico. Actualmente estamos trabajando en la creaci\u00f3n de accesorios de corte opcionales para m\u00e1s aplicaciones futuras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como puede ver, la 9000 es una gran mejora en calidad en comparaci\u00f3n con su predecesora.
