Los animales que consumen dietas de mayor contenido graso en verdad son f\u00edsicamente diferentes a los que consumen menos grasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hasta el momento, me hab\u00eda enfocado en c\u00f3mo la grasa proporciona una forma concentrada de energ\u00eda en la dieta, afecta el consumo de piensos, el rendimiento y la eficiencia, y mejora la capacidad de absorci\u00f3n del intestino.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfde qu\u00e9 otra manera puede ser beneficioso un mayor contenido graso en la dieta?\u00a0 \u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e1s podr\u00eda aportar?<\/p>\n<p>En el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/en\/blog\/nutritionandtechnologies\/extrusion-and-vitamins-challenges-opportunities\/\">blog anterior<\/a>, hemos discutido c\u00f3mo el m\u00e9todo de procesamiento y extracci\u00f3n de aceite afecta la composici\u00f3n de este.\u00a0 El proceso de extrusi\u00f3n seca de alta fricci\u00f3n\/prensado mec\u00e1nico de aceite (ExPress\u00ae) conserva la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vitamin_E\">vitamina E<\/a> en el aceite, tanto en el aceite extra\u00eddo como en el aceite residual que permanece en la harina.\u00a0 El proceso de extracci\u00f3n por solventes basada en hexano para extraer aceite separa el aceite de todo lo dem\u00e1s, incluso de la vitamina E.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, incluir harina de soya y aceite ExPress\u00ae en una formulaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incorporar\u00e1 vitamina E, el cual es un nutriente b\u00e1sico requerido.<\/p>\n<p>El aceite de soya ExPress\u00ae, ya sea solo o como parte de la harina de soya ExPress\u00ae, tambi\u00e9n contiene <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lecithin\">lecitina<\/a>, un agente emulsionante que ayuda a disolver las mezclas y a que los ingredientes interact\u00faen mejor entre s\u00ed.\u00a0 Entonces, es posible que el hecho de agregar lecitina en una dieta ayude a la interacci\u00f3n de los contenidos digestivos, mejore la digesti\u00f3n y favorezca el rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Hay evidencias de este efecto beneficioso, tal como se puede apreciar en los datos de un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/279907534_Effects_of_replacing_dietary_fat_with_lecithin_on_broiler_chicken_zootechnical_performance\">estudio<\/a> que mostramos a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13350\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Part-4-graph.png\" alt=\"gr\u00e1fico del peso de pollos de engorde\" width=\"975\" height=\"561\" srcset=\"https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Part-4-graph.png 975w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Part-4-graph-300x173.png 300w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Part-4-graph-768x442.png 768w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Part-4-graph-750x432.png 750w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Part-4-graph-564x325.png 564w, https:\/\/instapro.spinuhost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Part-4-graph-940x541.png 940w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Se puede ver que, cuando se agrega lecitina en una dieta para pollos de engorde, el aumento de peso mejor\u00f3 en gran medida.\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s, el consumo de piensos se redujo num\u00e9ricamente, mientras que el peso corporal fue algo mayor.\u00a0 Por lo tanto, es posible que la lecitina de las fuentes de grasa diet\u00e9tica sea beneficiosa. Resulta interesante que otro <a href=\"https:\/\/scialert.net\/abstract\/?doi=ijp.2017.396.402\">estudio<\/a> tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 beneficios del consumo de lecitina.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante comprender cu\u00e1nta vitamina E y lecitina contiene exactamente la fuente de grasa elegida para poder predecir cualquier posible beneficio en el rendimiento.\u00a0 Sin embargo, este es otro motivo
