procesan los materiales en la extrusora, la ca\u00edda repentina de la presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica genera una humedad interna en el material que se liberar\u00e1.\u00a0 Esto se puede ver en la gran pluma de vapor blanco que se libera durante el proceso.\u00a0 Es importante manejar adecuadamente este vapor dado que contiene peque\u00f1as part\u00edculas de aceite.\u00a0 Con el tiempo, esto puede acumularse en las paredes y en diferentes superficies generando problemas est\u00e9ticos y de limpieza.\u00a0 Para dise\u00f1ar un sistema adecuado para el manejo del vapor, se deben tener en cuenta ciertos principios b\u00e1sicos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Capturar el vapor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mientras mejor sea la captura del vapor, mejor ser\u00e1 su manejo.\u00a0 Esto podr\u00eda lograrse simplemente con un cap\u00f3 o campana grande, pero ello depender\u00e1 del \u00e1rea del trabajo y del ambiente.\u00a0 El punto de captura debe estar lo m\u00e1s cerca posible de la fuente.\u00a0 Mientras m\u00e1s lejos est\u00e9 de la fuente, menos efectivo ser\u00e1 el m\u00e9todo de captura.\u00a0 En cuanto al flujo de aire, la cantidad de aire requerida para capturar el vapor aumentar\u00e1 con el cuadrado de la distancia.\u00a0 Esto significa que, si se duplica la distancia a la fuente, necesitar\u00e1 cuadruplicar el flujo de aire para capturar el vapor.\u00a0 Esto implica un equilibrio, dado que la campana no debe interferir con el flujo de aire, por lo que esto debe tomarse en cuenta en el dise\u00f1o y colocaci\u00f3n de la campana.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Acelerar el vapor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una vez que se captura el vapor, este debe alejarse de la fuente.\u00a0 El volumen del aire determinar\u00e1 el tama\u00f1o de los conductos.\u00a0 En un conducto, el volumen del aire dividido por el \u00e1rea transversal del conducto determinar\u00e1 la tasa de flujo.\u00a0 Para vapores que contengan part\u00edculas de materia, se recomienda un rango de 3500 a 4500 pies por minuto.\u00a0 Esto es para que las part\u00edculas que se transportan en el conducto queden suspendidas y se desplacen a una velocidad suficiente para no quedar adheridas a la superficie interna.\u00a0 Las velocidades bajas hacen que el material se adhiera a las superficies internas y, con el tiempo, se produzcan la condensaci\u00f3n y los problemas de limpieza.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Evacuar el vapor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una vez que se captura y se desplaza el vapor, este puede liberarse en una ubicaci\u00f3n deseada.\u00a0 En general, esto se hace fuera del edificio.\u00a0 Por lo general, esto suele ser suficiente, pero aqu\u00ed se deben considerar las regulaciones ambientales existentes que podr\u00edan implicar la necesidad de tomar otras medidas para el manejo del vapor.\u00a0 En este caso, se pueden usar filtros coalescentes para separar el aceite del agua.\u00a0 Para lograr un escape bien limpio, se puede usar un colector de humedad para
