La mayor\u00eda de los cuales eran proyectos que probamos y desarrollamos en nuestro laboratorio de I+D, mientras que otros adquir\u00edan una escala comercial con varios grados de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de compartir m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre algunos de nuestros proyectos, primero debo proporcionar una descripci\u00f3n de una extrusora en seco de corte alto y los tipos de funciones que ofrece nuestra tecnolog\u00eda.&#160;De forma resumida, nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/es\/2013\/08\/13\/you-dont-have-to-bake-your-product-to-dry-it\/\">extrusora en seco de corte alto<\/a> es una m\u00e1quina que act\u00faa como una olla de presi\u00f3n continua que genera calor mediante la conversi\u00f3n de caballos de fuerza mec\u00e1nicos en calor a trav\u00e9s de la fricci\u00f3n y la presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1230\" style=\"width: 405px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1230\" class=\" wp-image-1230\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/2000-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen de una extrusora en seco de corte alto de Insta Pro\" width=\"395\" height=\"288\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1230\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Extrusora modelo 2000 &#8211; Extrusi\u00f3n en seco de corte alto de semillas oleaginosas<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Por ejemplo, podemos colocar un ingrediente en nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insta-pro.com\/es\/productos-y-servicios\/extrusoras\/\">m\u00e1quina<\/a> y en menos de 20 segundos la m\u00e1quina puede generar una temperatura de 148,8&#160;\u00b0C (300&#160;\u00b0F) o m\u00e1s. Este m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que una microonda, es continuo y puede procesar entre 1000 y 6000 lb por hora, seg\u00fan el ingrediente. La extrusora en seco de corte alto de Insta-Pro cocina, corta, expande, esteriliza, deshidrata y texturiza ingredientes o mezclas de ingredientes (bajo determinados par\u00e1metros) que podemos pasar por la m\u00e1quina de forma continua.
