When making TSP, there are two types of soy flour that can be used: Hi-Pro (from solvent-chemical extraction process) & ExPress\u00ae(from extruder- press mechanical process). The protein dispersibility index (PDI) is considerably low in Hi-Pro soy flour, requiring the usage of additives, driving up production costs and adding difficulty to he operation itself. In contrast, ExPress\u00ae soy flour does not need the extra additives, thus saving you money on producing TSP and making it also an easier operation process.<\/p>\n
